About The Role
This role involves driving end-to-end new business sales in the UK market for our Cloud solutions, targeting businesses with 600-2500 employees. The sales cycle typically lasts 3-12 months and includes prospecting, customer negotiations, and deal closure.
Responsibilities
1. Outbound prospecting and lead conversion to productive outcomes; managing and closing existing deals while developing new opportunities.
2. Communicating UKG’s value through phone, web, email, and face-to-face meetings.
3. Identifying business issues and aligning UKG solutions accordingly.
4. Managing stakeholders throughout the sales process.
5. Articulating the value of UKG solutions in relation to client challenges.
6. Managing multiple sales cycles with strategic focus.
7. Occasional travel to clients and offices.
About You
1. At least 3 years of end-to-end sales experience, preferably in software sales.
2. Excellent communication skills, friendly, flexible, confident in cold calling and prospecting.
3. Strong business and financial acumen, strategic thinking, and relationship management skills.
4. Self-motivated and determined.
5. Team-oriented mindset.
6. Proven new business hunter mentality.
