Nuffield Health is entering a pivotal phase of its digital transformation, with a strong focus on delivering joined‑up, omnichannel experiences for our members.
A key part of this is the Digital GymReplatformingprogramme, which will transform how members join, manage memberships, add families or partners, and book services – all through one simple, intuitive digital experience.
We’relooking for an experienced Technology Delivery Manager to lead this strategically important programme, overseeing delivery from discovery and platform decision‑making through to planning and execution, while aligning teams across Technology, Product, Operations,Financeand external partners.
As ourTechnology DeliveryManageryou’ll:
1. Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of the Digital GymReplatformingprogramme, focusing on clear, cost‑effective outcomes that enhance the member experience
2. Coordinate and align multiple internal teams and external suppliers against a shared vision and roadmap
3. Manage programme plans, dependencies and risks across discovery, platformselectionand implementation
4. Own delivery governance and communicate progress,risksand decisions clearly to senior stakeholders
5. Manage programme budgets, working closely with Finance to track spend and ensure strong cost control
6. Support competitor research and market discovery to understand best‑in‑class gym and membership experiences
7. Partner with Product and Architecture teams to assess the current technology landscape and support informed platform decisions
8. Embed effective and pragmatic ways of working across delivery teams
9. Support the Head of Delivery and Lead Delivery Managers in evolving delivery standards and practices across the organisation
We’relooking for a pragmatic, delivery‑focused leader who thrives in complex transformation environments.
To succeed as aTechnology DeliveryManageryou’llbring:
10. Proven experience as a Technology Delivery Manager (or similar) in a digital, integration‑heavy environment
11. Experience delivering complex digital or platform programmes, ideally involvingreplatforming, ecommerce or membership‑based solutions
12. Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior leaders
13. Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate plans, progress,risksand decisions
14. Experience managing budgets and financial tracking alongside Finance teams
15. The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery leadership
16. A collaborative, relationship‑driven approach
17. A genuine interest in improving customer or member experiences through technology
