⏰Working Pattern: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Term time only + 4 weeks in the school holidays

About Our Client:
We're looking for a School Receptionist who embodies a positive work ethic and can-do attitude! 🌟 If you have prior experience in an administrative or reception roles, excellent communication skills, and a knack for IT applications (Word, Excel, and email), you might be the perfect fit for us!
Responsibilities:
Be the friendly face and first point of contact for guests, visitors, and callers
Manage the reception and telephone switchboard, ensuring efficient service
Welcome visitors, issue badges, and provide safeguarding information
Handle queries from pupils, parents, staff, and visitors with professionalism
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and parcel deliveries
Create staff ID badges and visitor passes
Assist in organising school-wide events 🎉
Collaborate with the Examinations Officer to uphold JCQ standardsRequirements:
Previous experience in an administrative or reception role
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in IT applications, including Word, Excel, and emailPerks:
