<div><p>Lead and supervise care staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery. Provide personal care, emotional support and companionship to residents. Administer and manage medication safely in line with regulatory standards. Contribute to care planning and complete risk assessments to support individual needs. Support the Home Manager with staff development, record-keeping and day-to-day operations. Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment for residents and visitors. Communicate effectively with families and health‑care professionals to support holistic care.</p><h3>What we are looking for</h3><p>Previous experience in a senior care role within a residential or nursing home. NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards). Strong communication and organisational skills.</p><p>£15.66 per hour. 33 hours per week, 3 shifts OR 44 hours per week, 4 shifts 8pm-8am.
