* Oversee two live projects at any one time, each averaging a value of around £2 million.
* Manage procurement processes and maintain strong relationships with long-standing subcontractors.
* Lead and manage the site team to ensure smooth project execution.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* While the primary focus is on the mechanical side, some responsibility for the electrical aspects will also be required.
* Projects are UK-wide, often along the M4 corridor, with occasional fully expensed overnight stays.
What Experience Do I Need
