Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a diverse caseload
2. Deliver high standards of client care
3. Maintain commercial awareness in case management and outcomes
4. Collaborate effectively within a team to achieve targets
5. Lead and oversee the Wills & LPA team, ensuring exceptional service
6. Provide expert legal advice on wills, estate planning, and LPAs
7. Drive business development and marketing efforts to grow the department
8. Work closely with financial advisors and accountants for comprehensive client solutions
9. Ensure compliance with legal regulations and firm policies
10. Mentor and support team members' professional development
The ideal candidate will have previous experience writing wills and must be confident in meeting with clients.
