If yes, we have the perfect opportunity for you. We are looking for someone seeking their next challenge to join the Safeguarding Adults Hub.
You will work alongside safeguarding adults practitioners to support people at risk of harm. The person will be at the heart of your work and you will ensure that you make safeguarding personal.
You will work collaboratlivey with colleagues and partners to achive positive outocmes for people and support them to keep safe. This will involve gathering information to enable safeguarding adults practitioners to make decisions, and you will provide advice and support to people making contact about concers.
