The Opportunity
We seek an AI Talent Acquisition expert to help establish world-class AI capabilities across GUS Group and its institutions. The ideal candidate will have an active network of global AI professionals, whether from an agency or in-house role, ready to be tapped immediately.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Recruiting for executive AI roles such as Chief AI Officer and Directors of AI.
* Hiring technical roles like engineers, QA, and AI support staff.
* Supporting AI operations that drive business transformation.
* Fostering innovation in learning and teaching through AI.
You will influence talent strategy at the executive level, guiding attraction methods and leveraging data and market intelligence. You should demonstrate agility, resilience, and a high sense of urgency in partnering with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end recruitment for AI roles at all levels.
* Utilize existing global AI talent pools to accelerate hiring.
* Partner with C-suite and business leaders to define roles and strategies.
* Execute direct sourcing campaigns to attract top AI talent worldwide.
* Present recruitment metrics and market insights to stakeholders, using data to improve processes.
* Support the development of AI employer branding and candidate materials.
* Ensure an excellent candidate experience, positioning GUS as an employer of choice for AI talent.

* Proven success recruiting in AI and tech markets, from agency or in-house roles.

* Experience recruiting a range of AI roles, from executive to technical.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, especially with C-suite executives.

* Data-driven with the ability to use metrics to influence decisions.

* Expertise in talent mapping and sourcing niche skills.
* Proven ability to attract, manage, and convert candidates.
