This customer focused role requires exceptional communication skills with the ability to follow procedures and instructions in a busy working environment. With a key element of the position focused on telephone call handling, previous experience in telephone communications, as well as skills in IT literacy, are essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Making and receiving calls, to and from our customers whose vehicles require maintenance attention
* Converting these contacts into workshop bookings
* Appropriately up selling related products and service as applicable
Good interpersonal skills are key to your success in the role, as is your ability to work from your own initiative.
