National Sales Manager – Kent / National
Pay range: £85k + fully expensed Electric Car + bonus
Trevett Services is partnering with a leading Security Systems and Solutions organization to appoint a National Sales Manager based in Kent with national travel. The role reports to the Managing Director and focuses on business growth, securing new product orders to meet revenue & margin objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Set & surpass team & personal targets related to order intake, margin, and product mix.
* Directly manage key client relationships and support the team in doing the same.
* Take ownership of strategically important projects as needed.
* Create and grow key accounts by identifying opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and expanding business within these accounts.
About you
* Experience in technical B2B project product sales and leadership.
* Specification sales experience (architects, security consultants, etc.).
* Desirable experience selling into Government agencies.
* Experience leading sales teams and prospecting by sector and region.
* Understanding of contracting and working within NEC/JCT contract structures.
* Must be able to obtain at least SC clearance level (DV ideally).
* Frequent national travel required.
