£35,700 per annum, the band goes up to £39,900 per annum subject to annual performance reviews.

Job Purpose:
We are seeking to recruit a dynamic and ambitious person to fill this essential role. Working closely with the Director of Programmes as part of the Strategic Leadership Team, the successful applicant will be pivotal in developing and leading the crisis response services of the charity. They will have specific responsibility for our homelessness day services including our key projects within Basis Beds; emergency assessment centre and drop in centres. Their role will be to ensure excellent and consistent support provision which is in line with the Oasis Community Housing ethos, values, policies and procedures.
The role is central in delivering the current services and ensure they operate with best practice and that OCH implements cutting edge innovation. They will be responsible for developing and growing these services in line with evidenced need and the OCH strategy. The individual will be the lead role for Adult Safeguarding across OCH; ensuring staff across the organisation are fulfilling their Safeguarding responsibilities and duties and are trained in accordance with relevant legislation and organisational policies.
The successful candidate will be a member of the Strategic Leadership Team of the charity and be a visible lead on the culture, ethos and values within the charity and its activities.
The successful candidate will be qualified to NVQ 3 or equivalent with extensive and demonstrable experience as a manager including management and development of health and safety, finances, safeguarding, needs and risk assessment, personalised and holistic support provision. They will have experience of working within a crisis response service and have knowledge of Safeguarding, and Homelessness policy and legislation changes. They will have a mature and flexible approach; excellent emotional intelligence and self-awareness, with an ability to work calmly under pressure. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build effective working relationships with other organisations are essential.
