We're looking for a curious and analytical Market Intelligence Senior Analyst to join a busy marketing team on a 12-month contract (expected to run 14–15 months). You'll play a key role in gathering, analysing, and presenting market information to help shape strategic decisions across the business.
Essential systems and tools experience:
* Salesforce
– for managing and accessing business data and operational insights
* SharePoint
– for sharing and maintaining key information across teams
* Excel (advanced)
– for analysing data and creating complex reports
* AI tools
– for delivering fast, bespoke research and supporting decision-making
Preferred:
* Power BI – for data visualisation and reporting
What you'll be doing:
* Researching markets, competitors, and industry trends to uncover actionable insights.
* Producing reports, forecasts, and market models (size, share, growth) to support strategy and planning.
* Sharing market trends, competitor activity, and wider industry developments with colleagues across the business.
* Designing and running Voice of the Customer and Voice of the Business programmes to gather meaningful feedback.
* Supporting bespoke research requests from marketing, product, and business development teams.
* Using AI tools to quickly develop research projects and provide insights that help drive decisions.
* Promoting a culture of knowledge-sharing and insights-driven decision-making across the organisation.
Who we're looking for:
* 3–5 years' experience in strategy, market intelligence, business analytics, or market research.
* Confident turning complex data into clear, compelling insights and stories.
* Skilled at working with multiple stakeholders and balancing competing priorities.
* Curious, proactive, and happy to learn through experimentation and problem-solving.
Nice to have:
* Experience in demand planning, coordinating between sales and supply chain.
* A degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
