Customer Supply Co-ordinator Location: New Mills Job Type: Permanent Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm Salary: £25,000-£27,000 per annum (dependent on experience) JDR Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a Customer Supply Co-ordinator on behalf of our client based in New Mills. About the Role The Customer Supply Co-ordinator will be responsible for processing all sales orders accurately and efficiently, from receipt through to final delivery, ensuring customer service KPIs such as Case Fill and OTIF are achieved. You will act as the primary point of contact for order and delivery queries, proactively resolving issues with both internal and external stakeholders to meet customer and business expectations. Becoming the 'Customer Expert,' you will maintain and update customer data regularly to ensure accuracy and consistency. Key Responsibilities Accurate sales order input and administration Customer liaison and query resolution KPI and shortage reporting Updating and amending orders, chasing outstanding information Liaising with transport and customer service teams to obtain delivery updates Supporting export processes, including certification and documentation for NI and ROI shipments Working closely with Commercial and Account Managers to ensure pricing and promotional information is accurate Reviewing orders against MOQ and MOV requirements and contacting customers to amend where necessary Supporting allocation planning when required Assisting with joint supply chain plans and ad-hoc customer queries Updating master data within AS400, including new SKU creation Managing queries via the shared sales inbox Liaising with Credit Control regarding account set-up, master data updates, and held orders Raising and processing Customer Collection Notes Skills & Experience IT literate with experience in MS Office applications Experience using AS400 / iSeries or similar order entry systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confident liaising at all levels Excellent attention to detail Good understanding of supply chain principles, transport processes and export documentation Ability to work to strict deadlines and remain calm under pressure Proactive approach to continuous improvement and best practice Behaviours aligned to core values of Passion, Integrity, Respect, Teamwork and Positivity If you are an organised and proactive individual looking to develop your career within a supportive and values-driven environment, we would love to hear from you.
