Job Title: Brand Manager – Victoria Beckham Concession, Harvey Nichols
Role Summary
The Brand Manager is responsible for leading the Victoria Beckham concession within Harvey Nichols, ensuring an elevated client experience, driving sales performance, and representing the brand with excellence. This role oversees day-to-day operations, leads and develops the sales team, maintains impeccable brand standards, and acts as the key link between the concession, head office, and the wider retail business.
As the Brand Manager, you will embody the Victoria Beckham brand values, deliver outstanding service, and ensure the concession consistently exceeds expectations in both commercial results and client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
* Lead, inspire, and motivate the concession team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
* Coach and develop team members through regular feedback, training, and performance reviews.
* Foster a positive, high-performance culture rooted in teamwork, accountability, and brand excellence.
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of the concession team.
* Manage daily team scheduling, floor coverage, and shift planning.
Client Experience & Clienteling
* Ensure the highest standards of luxury customer service across the concession.
* Support the team in building and maintaining a strong client book through personalised outreach and relationship building.
* Handle high-profile clients and complex customer situations with professionalism and tact.
* Collaborate with the marketing and retail teams on clienteling initiatives, events, and in-store experiences.
Commercial Performance
* Drive commercial results by analysing sales performance, conversion, ATV, UPT, and wider KPIs.
* Identify trading opportunities and implement strategies to maximise business potential.
* Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and product performance, escalating issues where necessary.
* Ensure timely execution of product launches, campaigns, and promotional activity.
Operations & Visual Merchandising
* Maintain exceptional visual presentation standards in line with Victoria Beckham brand guidelines.
* Ensure all operational procedures are adhered to, including stock controls, delivery processes, and cash handling.
* Oversee stocktake preparation and execution.
* Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained concession environment.
Brand Representation & Communication
* Act as a brand ambassador, consistently reflecting the Victoria Beckham aesthetic, values, and tone.
* Build strong relationships with Harvey Nichols management and store teams.
* Provide regular feedback to head office on product trends, client insights, opportunities, and challenges.
* Ensure clear communication between the concession team and the broader retail network.
Skills & Experience
Essential
* Previous experience in a management or senior sales role within luxury fashion retail.
* Strong leadership skills with proven experience motivating and developing a team.
* Excellent clienteling skills and a deep understanding of luxury customer expectations.
* Commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data, identify opportunities, and drive performance.
* Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
Desirable
* Experience managing a concession or standalone boutique.
* Previous experience working with Harvey Nichols or a similar luxury department store environment.
* Multilingual skills.
* Strong knowledge of RTW, luxury styling, and high-end fashion trends.
