đź’· Salary: Basic from ÂŁ25, per annum + OTE up to ÂŁ60,
⏰ Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 am – 6:00 pm
(Weekend cover: Saturday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm / Sunday 10:00 am – 2:00 pm with time off in lieu during the week)
đź“Ś Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities
1. Generating and converting sales leads
2. Conducting property viewings with potential buyers
3. Progressing sales from offer to completion
4. Building and maintaining relationships with both vendors and purchasers
5. Handling property enquiries and carrying out general admin duties
Essential Skills & Experience
6. 2–3 years’ experience as a Sales Negotiator within an estate agency
7. Strong track record of securing instructions and closing deals
8. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
9. Confident, personable and naturally driven to meet targets
10. Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
