Role: Lead Consultant - Oracle EBS HRMS Applications

Key Responsibilities:
* Own functional test strategy and planning for AMS releases, patches, and enhancements.
* Lead System, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing cycles for Oracle HRMS EBS.
* Coordinate testing for HRMS modules including Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Recruitment & Learning Modules.
* Ensure adequate test coverage for payroll, statutory processing, and business-critical scenarios.
* Manage test execution, defect triage, retesting, and closure in coordination with AMS teams.
* Maintain RTM, test scenarios, test cases, and regression suites.
* Drive continuous improvement of testing processes and test assets.
Required Skills & Experience
* Experience in Oracle HRMS E-Business Suite functional testing.
* Strong functional knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Recruitment & Learning Modules.
* Hands-on experience managing AMS testing cycles and release validation.
* Strong understanding of HRMS business processes and payroll processing cycles.
* Experience in defect management and regression planning.
* Testing & Delivery Skills.
* Experience working in ITIL-aligned AMS environments.
* Ability to manage testing under production and payroll timelines.
* Strong stakeholder coordination and reporting skills.
* Knowledge of test management tools and documentation standards.
