Key Responsibilities: Installing, repairing, and fabricating piping systems on marine vessels Interpreting and working from detailed technical drawings and specifications Ensuring all piping systems meet safety and quality standards Conducting pressure tests to verify the integrity and functionality of installed systems Collaborating with other trades and marine engineers to complete projects effectively Maintaining and organising tools and equipment required for pipefitting tasks Adhering to health and safety guidelines to promote a safe working environment Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues within piping systems and implementing solutions Job Requirements: Experience as a Pipefitter within the marine industry preferred Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship Effective communication and teamwork skills Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to marine pipefitting Flexibility to work on various projects and adapt to changing project needs Contract Info: Contract until end of Dec 2025 Standard 37 hours Mon - Thurs, with possible Overtime Possible requirement for Night Shift PAYE only £17.07/h Day shift plus £2.06/h holiday pay £22.19/h Night shift plus £2.68/h holiday pay £23.90/h Overtime after 37 hours plus £2.88/h holiday pay Holiday pay can be accrued or advanced If you are a dedicated and experienced Pipefitter looking for a contract role in the marine industry, we would love to hear from you.
