Job Role: * Responsible for the main laboratory daily activities, such as: ensuring representative sampling, obtaining and presenting accurate analysis, providing quality control advice to operators. * Sampling and analysing all raw materials, process and product samples according to the sampling schedule provided by the Quality Coordinator (QC). * Sampling, blending and preparing composite samples for customers when needed. * Taking and analysing non-routine samples for process improvement, product development and/or customers’ requirements, specified by supervisor. * Delivering on time and accurate analysis results and quality related information internally and externally. * Monitors raw materials and fuels analysis and escalates when out of specification. * Maintains and improves analysis reporting systems. * Assisting in the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment. * Carries out regular equipment calibration and accuracy, through a variety of methods (drift corrections, standard samples analysis, in-house comparative testing and “Internal Analytical Verification”). * Maintain housekeeping standards in laboratory, Robolab and storage areas. * Provides information on laboratory consumables levels for inventories management.
