About the Role As a PIP Assessor, you’ll carry out structured health assessments for individuals claiming Personal Independence Payment (PIP). You’ll use your physiotherapy expertise to evaluate how health conditions impact daily living and mobility, working via phone, video, or face-to-face consultations. This is a non-treatment role focused on assessment and reporting, with full training provided. What You’ll Do Conduct telephone, video, or face-to-face assessments in a supportive, non-clinical environment. Assess how physical and mental health conditions affect daily living activities and mobility. Review medical evidence and claimant information to produce clear, structured reports for decision-makers. What You’ll Need Minimum 1 year post-registration experience as a Physiotherapist. HCPC registration. Strong communication, observation, and IT skills. Ability to write clear, structured reports and meet deadlines. What’s On Offer Salary: £37,500 starting salary.
