5. Partnering with stakeholders across UK&I to provide clear oversight of key people metrics, including culture, capability and priority workforce themes.
Your skills and experience:
6. End-to-end delivery of production Power BI reporting, from data preparation and modelling through to build, release, and ongoing optimisation.
7. Advanced DAX and data modelling capability, writing clean, maintainable measures that follow best practice and support scalable semantic models.
8. Strong visual design & UX skills, producing intuitive, executive-ready dashboards with clear storytelling and usability.
9. Microsoft Fabric experience across ETL components (dataflows, pipelines, lakehouses, warehouses) and building Power BI reports on Fabric datasets.
10. Extensive hands-on SQL expertise, including complex joins, transformations, and performance-aware querying using clean, maintainable code.
11. Strong analytical and communication skills—able to interrogate complex datasets and translate insights into clear narratives for senior stakeholders.
