STORE MANAGER – LUXURY BOUTIQUE
Location: Reading
Salary £35,000 + Bonus
Full-Time, 40 Hours – Permanent
Opening hours 8am to 5:30pm
About the Brand:
As the Boutique Manager of the flagship countryside store, you will represent a heritage luxury brand. You will lead the boutique team to ensure every client receives an exceptional experience while driving sales performance and promoting the brand within the local community. This is a rare opportunity to manage one of the most iconic luxury country boutiques, blending tradition, craftsmanship, and contemporary lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring sales targets and KPIs are consistently met
* Deliver outstanding customer service, setting the tone for a warm and welcoming store environment
* Uphold visual merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines
* Oversee stock management, including deliveries, inventory, and replenishment
* Ensure health, safety, and operational procedures are maintained to the highest standard
Profile & Experience:
* At least 3 years of experience in a management role within luxury retail
* A proven ability to drive sales and support commercial goals
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Detail-oriented and highly organised
* Confident with retail systems and Microsoft Office
