Days of Working: Monday to Friday – 13:00 – 21:30
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain services and operations to comply with site specific quality standards as advised by the client and Operations Manager/Contracts Manager
* Inform Operations Manager/Contracts Manager of any training and development needs of your teams or individuals’ goals to enhance performance
* Maintain the necessary conditions for an effective and safe working environment
* Fulfil any administration and management of the cleaning teams and to roster and recruit for operatives as required
* Build a strong working relationship with the client ensuring site objectives are always met
Ideal Candidate:
* Must have Right to Work in the ROI
* Previous experience in the cleaning sector is essential
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven track record in delivering effective customer service
* Supervision capability
* Employee improvement/training
