This is a senior-level role providing expert leadership and programmemanagement to support digital transformation across Care Plus Group. The roleworks across organisational boundaries to deliver integrated digital solutionsthat improve patient access, operational efficiency, and service quality.


Main duties of the job

Vacancy based at: Westgate Park

37.5 hours per week

Permanent

Salary Range 8a: £48,480- £58,178 per annum you will be appointed on a fixed salary point within the salary range.

The postholder will be responsible for the design, implementation, and optimisation of digital programmes, business intelligence infrastructure, and service transformation projects across clinical and corporate domains.

You will develop long terms strategic plans aligned with national and local digital health priorities and lead on the end-to-end delivery of digital transformation programmes across Care Plus Group's community and primary care settings.

You must be customer focused and have extensive experience and a proven track record in managing complex digital transformation in health or care settings and possess excellent leadership and motivational skills.

Person Specification


Skills and Knowledge

* Excellent leadership and motivational skills.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and produce actionable insights.
* High-level communication skills able to influence, persuade, and explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
* Organised and resilient able to prioritise multiple workstreams and meet challenging deadlines.
* Understanding of quality improvement, service redesign and user-centred design methodologies.


Other

* Ability to work flexibly with regard to working hours/arrangements and venues.
* Ability to show commitment to Care Plus Group core values.


Experience

* Extensive experience and proven track record in managing complex digital transformation programmes in health or care settings.
* Experience in dealing with highly complex Digital and Data issues in a large organisation.
* In-depth knowledge of NHS policy, digital maturity, clinical systems integration and business intelligence.
* Experience of system-wide stakeholder engagement and collaborative working across organisational boundaries.
* Familiarity with HL7, SNOMED, DICOM, FHIR, TCP/IP, Microsoft, Citrix, UNIX and other enterprise health technologies.
* Experience of successfully planning, monitoring and controlling programmes and projects using structured methodologies e.g. PRiNCE2, Six Sigma.
* Experience of procurement, contract negotiation, supplier performance management.


Qualifications

* Masters degree or equivalent level of experience in digital health, IT, business transformation or project management.
* Evidence of ongoing professional development and professional registration (BCS, FedIP etc).
