Carers support required for young male adult with special / complex needs and long-term medical health conditions.
The role is to work within his home setting for a family of Christian faith and values, this would suit someone with similar faiths and values.
The position entails support with all of his structured activities and daily routines including: all personal cares, preparing and cooking of meals, cleaning of his space and taking him on weekly outdoor activities.
Young man has a fun and caring nature who enjoys music and dancing and is very energetic.
A car driver with own vehicle and business use is essential.
Training will be provided that is relevant and required for the role.
DBS/Reference checks will be required for this post - Cost to be met by the local authority.
