Offer description

I'm currently instructed on a standout fully remote Clinical Negligence Solicitor opportunity with one of the country's leading law firms, renowned for its top-tier Health Litigation practice and genuinely progressive, people-first culture.

This is a rare chance to join a market-leading team while benefiting from true flexibility,offering fully remote working without any compromise on the quality of work, support, or long-term career progression.

The firm has been recognised as a Top Ten Employer for Working Families 2025 for the second consecutive year, underlining its commitment to flexible working, wellbeing, and sustainable legal careers.

The Team

You will join a nationally recognised Health Litigation team acting on behalf of NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts and other major healthcare providers.

The team is widely respected across the market and is particularly known for its expertise in:

This is an opportunity to work on high-profile, technically challenging cases alongside some of the most experienced practitioners in the field, while enjoying the autonomy of a remote role.

* Deliver client training and presentations
* Contribute to thought leadership and publications
* Support business development initiatives
* Play a role in continuous improvement within the Health practice
* Have opportunities for client secondments

About You

This role will suit a solicitor who thrives in a flexible, remote-first environment and is confident managing defendant clinical negligence work independently.

You will ideally demonstrate:

* Experience handling clinical negligence claims (NHS Resolution or MDO exposure desirable)
* Familiarity with the Early Notification Scheme and maternity claims, or a strong interest in specialising in this area
* The ability to work autonomously while remaining highly collaborative
* Strong understanding of client KPIs and reporting requirements
* A proactive, pragmatic and quality-driven approach
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Experience mentoring or supervising junior lawyers
* A consistent record of meeting billing and performance targets
* High standards of confidentiality and data security awareness
