Job Description
We are pleased to share that Gilead’s Stockley Park and Holborn offices are planning to come together at a new London headquarters at 1 Triton Square, NW1, from approximately Q2 2027. KeyResponsibilities
Reporting to theBIKTARVYG9 LiaisonandGlobalExecutionLeadwithin the Global Commercial Product Strategy team, this role willbe focusedontheMid-Sizemarketsand will bebased out of theStockley Parkoffice.
1. Working closely with ACE MM LT and BUDs in markets acting as a strategic and critical advisor on key business topics (performance, opportunities, and challenges)
2. Coordinate regionalBIKTARVYcross functionalplans, to ensure strategic alignment and supporteffective roll outofGlobal strategy andPlans ofAction(PoA)
3. Communicatetheglobal commercial strategy forBIKTARVYtothe respective countriestomaintainand expand our market position, ensuring the strategy is well-understoodtofacilitatelocalexecution
4. Listen and bring country insights intoglobal forums
5. Champion the global brand profile,messagingand value propositionwith local markets. Transfer key learnings and insights between the global marketing team and local markets
6. Inform GlobalPoAprocess, particularlyidentifyingglobal initiatives that address key countries priorities and needs
7. Support the development of localPoA,in close alignment with Globalstrategy andPoA,acting as athought partner with local counterparts,providing feedback and inputandidentifyandembed best practices
8. Equip the countries with materials,toolsand above/ crosscountryinitiatives to drive performance.
9. Collect,appraiseanddisseminatecommercial tacticalbest practicesacross local markets. Participate in working sessions and discussions/lead regional forumsto share practices and coordinate the execution of the global strategy
10. Monitor the performance within the regionand support forecasting and LE process in close collaboration withtheMid-SizeMarkets LeadershipandGlobal Commercial Operations
11. Ensurelocal teams are prepared and understand the HIV portfolio positioning ahead of future product launches

Knowledge,Skillsand Experience
We’reseekingastrategic, experienced marketing expertwith:
13. B.A. or B.S.required, MBA and/or advanced degree in life sciences or medical degree preferred
14. At least12years ofrelevantcommercialexperience inthebiotech or pharmaceutical industry
15. HIVStrategic and operational experience at country level as BUD orG9 MarketingLead
16. Experienceinlocal or regionalproduct strategy and annual planimplementation
17. Ability to develop and implement launch preparedness,tacticalplanningandsecurebudget management
18. A proventrack recordin cross-geography collaborationand as a business partnerwith multiple stakeholders, directlyworking with theteamsin the matrixto achieve overall objectives
19. Very strongfacilitation and counseling skills,particularly with individuals from diverse work cultures
20. Competitive mindset and ability to focus and prioritize
21. Highly resourceful and strategic thinker with strong emotional intelligence, operationalrigorand project management capabilities
