Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic Client Data & Analytics team within the Applied Science and Analytics Lab. Our team collaborates closely with colleagues across the Product and Coverage areas of the BCB business, driving data-led decisions and providing insights into sophisticated business questions. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to lead and connect with a diverse range of partners, enhancing, building, and maintaining a suite of core reporting while increasing automation and self-serve capabilities.

Key Accountabilities
* Enhance, build and maintain a suite of core reporting for the BCB business.
* Increase automation and self-serve capabilities within the reporting framework.
* Support ad hoc data requests to enable data-led decisions.
* Interrogate data warehouses using SQL Server and Teradata.
* Collaborate with colleagues across Product and Coverage areas.
* Lead and connect with diverse partners across departments.

What You'll Need
* Experience using SQL tools: You'll need to be proficient in SQL for querying and managing data.
* Ability to interpret and handle sophisticated data efficiently: You'll need to produce high-quality information, analysis and research from large volumes of data.
* Experience in an Analytics or MI team: Prior experience in a similar role where you've worked with large datasets and used tools like Power BI and Excel
* Effective communication skills: You'll need to clearly convey complex data insights to various stakeholders and ensure alignment with data security, records management, and governance rules.
And Any Experience Of These Would Be Beneficial
* Proficiency in working with databases: Familiarity with Teradata and SQL Server, including Power BI and SSIS.
* Background in data and coding: A solid foundation in data structures and coding will help you navigate and manipulate complex datasets.
