Your role as a Team Leader involves supporting individuals with barriers to employment, helping them progress towards and achieve sustainable, well-paid employment. You will also provide targeted coaching and mentoring to our frontline teams. Working within our All in Angus services, you will collaborate with Employment Coordinators to deliver high-quality services.
Enable Works supports over 7,000 people annually across 30 Local Authorities to develop skills for work.
