Role
* Provide strategic advisory services to clients in the energy sector, focusing on establishing and optimising programme management approaches for large‑scale capital investments.
* Oversee the entire lifecycle of projects and programmes, ensuring financial efficiency and value.
* Analyze performance metrics, develop dashboards, and implement process improvements.
* Lead people, coaching, innovation and safety culture, and facilitate change management and development programmes.
* Build stakeholder relationships and drive alignment.
* Manage risk and negotiate contracts.
About You
* Extensive programme/project management and commercial acumen.
* Internal strategic business development experience as a trusted advisor.
* Leadership excellence and team management.
* Sector‑specific experience in water, energy or resources.
* Relevant professional qualification or chartered status.
* Strong track record of related work experience or equivalent education.
