The Opportunity Due to continued growth, we are excited to offer a new opportunity to join our Equipment Advisory Team as a Data Project Analyst. This pivotal role will be responsible for maintaining and developing our Equipment Advisory Data Sets, ensuring the integrity, accessibility, and accuracy of all project-related data. You will play a vital part in the delivery of our projects, supporting data analysis, reporting, and updates across multiple client portfolios. Key Responsibilities Collect, organise, and maintain high-quality datasets for use in advisory projects. Manage data updates and reporting through systems including e-Quip and Excel. Support the creation and maintenance of the MTS Master Data Sets, ensuring accurate pricing and technical specifications. Conduct product research — analysing specifications, costs, and warranties — to advise clients on suitability. Support the Equipment Advisory Team in project delivery by ensuring all data is up-to-date and compliant. Work with internal and external stakeholders to provide accurate, timely information on project performance. Maintain technical documentation, templates, and databases to support continuous improvement. Base (ADB). About You We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for data integrity. You’ll need to balance technical precision with effective communication and teamwork. Essential Skills & Experience Excellent data management and analytical skills Strong proficiency in Excel and confident in learning new database systems. Methodical and organised, with strong time management skills. Confident communicator – both written and verbal – able to liaise at all levels. Ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Desirable: Experience in healthcare, equipment planning, or project data management.
