We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Multi-Point Glue Operative to join our production team. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ideal for someone with experience in gluing operations, packaging machinery, or similar industrial processes. This position is offered on a temp0 to perm basis (12 weeks)
Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate multi-point gluing machines to ensure accurate and high-quality product output
*
Monitor machine performance, adjust settings, and perform routine maintenance as needed
*
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications
*
Troubleshoot issues and communicate with the maintenance team when necessary
*
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
*
Complete production records and follow company procedures
Skills & Experience:
*
Previous experience operating multi-point glue machines (preferred)
*
Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
*
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and job sheets
*
Comfortable working to deadlines and production targets
*
Strong teamwork and communication skills
