Based in Wakefield, we specialize in evidence-based psychological therapies, and we are on the lookout for a qualified High Intensity CBT Therapist to lead our CBT and EMDR team. Experience in EMDR is a plus!

Main Responsibilities
As a High Intensity Team Leader, you will:
* Manage your own caseload while supervising therapists and line-managing trainees.
* Provide leadership across high-intensity service delivery.
* Support the development and well-being of your team.
* Manage waiting lists and capacity for both group and one-on-one sessions.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an experienced, qualified High Intensity Therapist ready to step into a leadership role. You should possess:
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
* The ability to work collaboratively to support staff well-being and manage waiting lists.
* A special interest in cultural diversity, long-term conditions, and various client demographics.
Completion of an IAPT Supervision Course is required. In return, you’ll gain invaluable experience and training to advance your career with us.
