Desirable qualifications for our supervisors include Food Hygiene Level 2 and 3, COSHH training, and First Aid at Work certification.
1. Ensure offers and promotions are executed at the correct times and manage cash and payment systems according to procedures and policies.
2. Place orders to maintain correct stock levels and achieve gross profit margins.
3. Train and develop team members in proper procedures and policies.
4. Act as duty manager when required and handle customer comments effectively.
5. Manage payroll relative to sales within your venue.
6. Conduct effective one-to-one meetings with team members.
7. Implement team incentives to promote sales and encourage upselling daily.
8. Serve beverages in quantities compliant with licensing regulations and company policies, maintaining a safe environment in line with the site license.
9. Monitor team absence levels and act in accordance with company policies.
10. Report any weaknesses or breaches within the company's information systems or services, even if only suspected.
11. Take responsibility for your own health and safety, as well as that of colleagues, guests, and visitors.
12. Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. Report concerns and cooperate with management to ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding obligations.
