Priority Recruitment are excited to present this rewarding Support Worker opportunity in Birmingham, supporting a male client with an acquired brain injury within his own home.
This is a short:term holiday cover role, however the right fit is essential to ensure continuity of care and a positive experience for both the client and their family.
We are looking for a proactive, patient, and engaging Support Worker who can build rapport quickly, follow structured care and therapy plans, and provide consistent, high:quality support.

: Supporting a male client with an acquired brain injury
: 1:1 support within the client's home and community
: Focus on maintaining routine, safety, and engagement
Day:to:day responsibilities include:
: Providing companionship and structured support
: Supporting with daily routines and activities
: Encouraging independence and engagement
: Following care plans and therapy guidance closely
: Supporting community:based activities (e.g. gym, volunteering, outings)
: Building a positive and trusting relationship with the client
: Ensuring consistency and stability during the family's absence
Successful Candidate:
: Previous experience supporting individuals with brain injury (preferred)
: Background in complex care or community support
: Proactive, patient, and engaging personality
: Ability to build rapport quickly and adapt to client needs
: Confident following structured care and therapy plans
: Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle (preferred)
