Looking to kickstart or build your career in IT support? We’re hiring an IT Support Analyst to join a busy, hands‑on environment where you’ll be the go‑to person for keeping systems running and users supported.
This is a fully onsite role, ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the business, solving problems in real time, and getting stuck into both support and infrastructure tasks.
What you’ll be doing:
* Providing 1st/2nd line support across hardware, software, and networks
* Troubleshooting issues via desk-side and remote support
* Managing tickets and keeping users updated
* Setting up new users, devices, and access (AD, M365)
* Supporting office IT setups, cabling, and equipment moves
* Assisting with ongoing IT projects and improvements
What they’re looking for:
* Solid understanding of Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
* Experience with service desk tools (e.g. Zendesk)
* Strong communication skills and a user-first mindset
* Someone organised, proactive, and keen to learn
