You will be working with a range of platforms, increasing demand andplexity. You’ll oversee a team of four Project Managers, ensure BAU services stay stable, and drive forward process improvement, organisational change and efficiency across an evolving tech landscape.
Hybrid working: 3 days a week in a London-based office
Rate: up to £800pd inside ir35 via umbrella
Duration: initial 6 months
What you’ll be doing
1. Managing BAU platform stability, patching, and ongoing service improvements
2. Leading cloud enablement activity and continuous enhancement of the platform
3. Delivering organisational change, process improvements, and better ways of working
4. Overseeing multiple workstreams and programmes of work simultaneously
5. Coaching and supporting PMs, creating structure, and helping the team meet growing demand
6. Collaborating across technology, operations, business and vendor teams
7. Taking stakeholders through the journey, improving efficiency and driving adoption
8. Supporting a large‑scale IT transformation programme
9. Travelling to Paris a few times throughout the year
What we’re looking for
10. Strong people management and leadership skills
11. Highly organised, able to bring structure toplex environments
12. Proven experience in FS (essential)
13. Background delivering technology and agile-driven projects
14. Experience across BAU, continuous improvement and platform stability
15. Strong stakeholder management andmunication skills
16. Ability to improve processes, increase efficiency and embed change
17. Budget management across multi‑million‑pound portfolios
18. Adaptable, collaborative, able to make the role your own
