Following a recent meeting with several Head teachers, New Directions Wirral Office are looking for Learning Support / Behaviour Mentors to work with a number of pupils with additional needs who are currently disengaged in their learning.
The school would like to appoint behaviour / SEMH intervention support and is looking to recruit up to 3 full-time members of staff to raise attainment with disadvantaged pupils.

Job Specification

To work in an Additional Learning Needs (ALN) role you will need:
1. A relevant teaching qualification
2. Ideally experience working in an ALN environment
3. Recent experience in a classroom environment
4. An excellent track record

7. Flexibility and adaptability to work short-term and long-term.
