About the Role – What You’ll Do
As a Pastry
Chef de Partie at Amazonico, you’ll be part of our dynamic kitchen brigade,
crafting beautiful and delicious desserts that leave a lasting impression.
You’ll bring creativity, precision, and flair to every plate, delivering
Amazonico’s signature style in one of London’s most iconic dining destinations.
You will:
* Prepare and present high-quality pastry items with consistency and care
* Work closely with the Pastry Sous Chef and Head Chef to maintain smooth
operations
* Uphold high standards of mise en place, cleanliness, and food safety
* Assist in the development of new dessert ideas and seasonal creations
* Manage your section efficiently, even during busy service periods
* Support junior team members with training and guidance
* Maintain Amazonico’s culinary standards in every dish served
What We’re Looking For
* Previous
experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or Commis Pastry in a premium or luxury
kitchen
* Strong technical pastry skills and attention to detail
* A creative mindset with a passion for flavour, presentation, and innovation
* A calm and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent teamwork, organisation, and a commitment to high standards
