Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking two full-time Patient Flow and Capacity Practitioners to support the Adult Forensic Services. You will provide management and clinical leadership for the referral and assessment pathway and ensure timely admissions and discharges while closely collaborating with local agencies.
The ideal candidates will have clinical experience in forensic assessment, strong communication skills, and be capable of navigating complex patient care requirements.
