Young Person’s Coach Location: Chichester, West Sussex (with travel around the county) Duration: Initially 5 months Hours: 37 per week Rate: £27 per hour (umbrella) (£20 PAYE an hour) Working Arrangements: 1 day per fortnight in the office, with some travel across West Sussex About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Young Person’s Coach to support vulnerable young people across West Sussex. You will provide one-to-one, intensive support, build trusted relationships, and enable young people to achieve positive outcomes. You will coordinate assessments, support engagement using the CANS tool, and work closely with professionals across education, health, youth justice, and social care. The role involves flexible working, including evenings and weekends.
