What will the FP&A Controller role involve?
You’ll take ownership of planning and forecasting across key business units, partnering with senior stakeholders to provide clear, forward-looking financial insight.
* Leading budget and forecasting cycles, challenging and enhancing business submissions
* Building robust financial models to support strategic decision-making
* Delivering high-quality, board-ready reporting and analysis
* Acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across the business
* Monitoring working capital performance and identifying risks and opportunities
* Contributing to the broader FP&A function in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
Suitable Candidate for the FP&A Controller vacancy:
* Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
* Strong FP&A experience within a medium or large organisation
* Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability
* Confidence working with and influencing senior stakeholders
* A proactive, commercially curious mindset
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
