About the Role – Team Manager
As a Team Manager at Charity Link, you’ll lead, motivate, and develop a team of fundraisers to achieve outstanding results. Your role is to create an environment where people can thrive - combining clear expectations, consistent coaching, and positive team culture with a sharp focus on performance and compliance.
This is a field-based leadership role where you’ll spend the majority of your time alongside your team in live fundraising environments—whether that’s door-to-door in residential areas or at private sites such as small local stores, quieter shopping centres, or garden centres. You’ll lead from the front, showing what great fundraising looks like while empowering your team to perform at their best.
You’ll be responsible for all aspects of team performance—from coaching, development, and retention—ensuring that every fundraiser feels supported, valued, and driven to succeed. You’ll also play a key role in embedding our values, and maintaining high standards of professionalism and compliance.
This position requires regular travel across your region, flexibility to work smart hours (including some weekends), and occasional overnight stays to meet business needs.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport quickly.
* Organised, proactive, and able to balance multiple priorities.
