You'll be the ultimate matchmaker, connecting clients with the perfect talent to ignite engagement and create unforgettable moments in the booming creator economy! Key Details Tittle: Junior Influencer Campaign Manager Location : Remote (UK-based, ideally in or near London) Engagement Type: Consultant/Freelancer to start – could become full-time Compensation: Competitive & based on experience Your Epic Missions (Key Responsibilities): Campaign Jedi Master: You'll own the whole influencer campaign journey – from brainstorming wild ideas and crafting killer strategies to making sure everything runs smoothly. Talent Scout Supreme: Got an eye for talent? You'll be unearthing the most authentic, engaging influencers and creators across all the hot platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, you name it!). Your mission: find those perfect fits whose audience, style, and values totally vibe with clients' brands. Deal Whisperer: Get ready to flex those negotiation muscles! You'll be charming influencers and their agents, securing the best deals and crafting agreements that make everyone happy. Client Guru: You'll be our clients' go-to person for all things influencer marketing. Think presenting brilliant campaign ideas, giving them the lowdown on progress, and serving up sweet, sweet reports that show off all the wins. Data Detective: Love a good mystery? You'll be digging into campaign data, unearthing insights, and turning numbers into awesome stories that guide our next big moves. Trendsetter: You live and breathe the creator economy! You'll be our go-to for the latest trends, platforms, and hot new strategies, keeping Wavelength ahead of the curve. Creative Collaborator: You'll be guiding our creators to produce content that's not just on-brand, but also super authentic and totally pops on their platforms. What you bring 2 years working in influencer marketing, talent management, or content campaigns. As a plus, a Marketing or related qualification. A great eye for creators — you know who’s rising, who’s real, and who resonates. Comfortable talking to both influencers and clients (and knowing how to translate between them). Confident managing multiple projects at once without losing your cool Solid negotiation skills — you’re fair, firm, and know how to get a win-win Bonus points if you’ve worked with sustainability, adventure, sport, or culture brands. Double bonus points if you’ve used platforms like Upfluence, Modash, or CreatorIQ. Ready to dive headfirst into the epic world of creators?
