Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Manager to join our community hub team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation's core operations and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for all aspects of Achieve together’s maintenance operations
Including planning, scheduling and executing repairs and preventative maintenance to ensure the smooth functioning of facilities and equipment.
* Ensuring all people we support live in a Good Home
Requirements
* Driving licence is essential.
* Flexibility, able to cover and/or provide support in other areas/homes within the portfolio if required.
* Qualification: working towards, or willing to work towards, a relevant Building or Facilities Management Qualification.
* Experience: previous experience in completing maintenance and managing jobs, ideally within a similar environment.
* Knowledge: Good all-round knowledge of building works and relevant skill sets to enable effective support for a team of maintenance operatives.
* Organisational skills: Excellent time management, administrative and organisational skills.
* Initiative: Ability to use initiative and work with conflicting deadlines.
* Approach: Ethical and professional approach, with ability to analyse complex scenarios to ensure best possible outcomes.
