Area Sales Manager
Salary of £37,000 to £42,000 plus Bonus
This role covers at least 12 pubs and hotels around London and the surrounding suburbs. Experience in Weddings, Consumer Events, and Reasons to Visit is essential. The role requires regular travel around your area and to the Support Centre in Chiswick.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement a proactive pre‑booked sales plan across multiple locations
* Drive growth in all areas of pre‑booked business: events, food & drink, and private hire
* Identify new business opportunities and support pipeline development
* Build and manage strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business
* Deliver tailored room sales strategies for weddings, corporate and events
* Collaborate with relevant stakeholders
* Provide leadership, guidance and training for the site roles
Ideal Candidates Will Have
* Proven experience in multi‑site sales within hospitality or events
* A proactive, strategic mindset with a strong commercial focus
* Confident CRM user with experience managing client pipelines
* Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills
* Passion for premium hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
