Are you a proven leader within Hard Services FM, ready to take charge of a high-performing engineering team on a flagship site in Suffolk?
Our client, a specialist Hard Services FM provider, is seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to oversee day-to-day engineering operations, ensure compliance, and maintain excellent service delivery standards.
What you’ll be doing:

Leading and mentoring an on-site engineering team
*
Managing all planned and reactive maintenance across the site
*
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and statutory requirements
*
Driving operational excellence and continuous improvement
*
Acting as the key technical point of contact for the client
What we’re looking for:
*
Strong background in Hard Services / M&E FM
*
Experience managing engineering teams
*
Confident communicator with solid technical knowledge
*
Ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment
