Graduate 1-1 Teaching Assistant
* Full-time, long-term position starting September 2025
* Earn up to £520 per week in this rewarding role
* Monday–Friday, 32 hours per week, term-time only
* Supportive and inclusive school based in Liverpool
* Work 1-to-1 and in small groups with pupils who have additional needs
* Ideal for aspiring Teachers, Educational Psychologists, or Speech and Language Therapists
* Graduates with a degree in Education, Psychology, or core subjects are encouraged to apply
* Previous SEN experience preferred but not essential – training provided
* Interviews and trial days available in August/September

About the Role:
As a Graduate 1-1 Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with teachers to ensure each pupil receives the personalised learning and support they need to thrive. You’ll join a committed team of Teaching Assistants who collaborate with the SENCO to deliver effective strategies and create a nurturing learning environment for students with additional needs.
The school offers dedicated learning spaces and a collaborative team culture, ensuring you have the tools and support you need to succeed. While prior SEN experience is advantageous, the school also provides bespoke training for those with the right attitude, passion, and willingness to get involved.
