Sowerbys, Norfolk’s leading independent estate agent, is seeking a talented and adaptable Photographer & Videographer to join our close-knit marketing team. You’ll combine a strong creative eye with technical skill, producing outstanding photography and videography that showcase our properties and surroundings at their very best.
You’ll also learn how to create neat and accurate floorplans – full training will be provided.
Your role will include:
* Visiting stunning homes and locations across Norfolk to capture high-quality interior, exterior, landscape, and occasional portrait & lifestyle photography.
* Creating engaging, high-quality video content to bring our properties and locations to life.
* Showcasing the county’s beauty through striking visual storytelling of its countryside, coastline, and unique character.
* Measuring and drawing floorplans of each property you visit (training provided).
* Editing and delivering your work promptly to our marketing team to maintain our market-leading standards.
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has at least 1 year’s experience in professional photography and videography, ideally in property, interiors, landscapes, or related fields.
* Is confident using Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Photoshop.
* Understands design-led photography and videography, and can adapt to match the Sowerbys brand style.
* Is personable, professional, and able to put people at ease when visiting their homes.
* Possesses excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
* Has a full UK driving licence and their own vehicle.
* Is self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently.
It would be great if you also:
* Have experience photographing and filming people.
* Are familiar with Canon cameras and lenses.
* Possess good administrative skills, ideally with knowledge of Microsoft Teams.

Job details:
Job type: Full-time, Monday to Friday.
Start date: As soon as possible.
Location: Primarily covering Norfolk and parts of Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire.
