We're partnering exclusively with a boutique executive search firm looking to expand from 10 to 13 consultants. You’ll be joining a high-performing team that generates over £1 million in revenue per consultant annually.

The Role: Executive Search Consultant
As a consultant, you will become an expert in your market, supporting clients and sourcing top talent in the Commodities sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Industry Research: Identify key trends and developments to inform client strategy.
* Market Mapping: Analyse organisations and identify talent pools across the sector.
* Candidate Sourcing: Use platforms, databases, and outreach to engage high-calibre professionals.
* Client Communication: Deliver insightful reports, candidate profiles, and regular updates throughout the hiring process.
What We’re Looking For: Executive Search Consultant
* A 2:1 or above from a Top 50 University
* A passion for research and market intelligence
* Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
* Confident, personable, and great at building relationships
* Ambitious to become an industry expert
What You Will Get: Executive Search Consultant
* £33,000 base salary
* OTE £45,000+ in Year 1 (uncapped bonus structure)
