Workspace is home to London’s brightest businesses, and our dedicated Head of Health & Safety plays an integral part in ensuring that Workspace complies with all relevant regulations and maintains a safe working environment.
We will ensure our policies and procedures align with current regulations and oversee the implementation of suitable controls. Your responsibilities will include communicating health and safety policies, conducting audits, and mitigating risks. Collaborating with senior management, you will design and manage health and safety activities, making recommendations for organisational changes. Additionally, you will manage risk registers and provide expert advice on H&S implications.

What We Need From You
* Relevant previous job experience
* Vocational training – NEBOSH or an NVQ Level 6 Diploma
* Knowledge of asbestos management processes, preferably holding a BOHS P405 Managing Asbestos in Buildings qualification
* Proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent written communication and verbal
* Excellent organisation & time management
* Previous line management experience
* Confidence in presenting to stakeholders
